MetroPlus Gold Health Plan is a health insurance product designed specifically to meet the needs of MetroPlus and New York City Health and Hospital Corporation's (HHC's) employees. MetroPlus Gold offers great benefits such as:

MetroPlus Gold is only available to employees of MetroPlus and HHC, their spouses or qualified domestic partners and eligible dependents (unmarried, dependent children up to 19 years old; up to 23 years old if full-time student). Employees can enroll at the time they are hired or during the fall Open Enrollment period.
